Best Home Remedies for Stomach

Remedies
- For upset stomach, take 1 tsp. of ginger juice, 1 tsp. of lemon juice mix it with ½ tsp. of black pepper and drink it.
- For indigestion, mix ½ tsp. of coriander powder, ½ tsp. of cumin powder take it with water.
- Drink one cup of ginger tea three times a day for better digestion.
- carom seeds (ajwain), is also very good for indigestion take ½ tsp. of carom seeds add pinch of salt take it with water.
Kidney Stone
- Mix 1 tsp. of lemon juice in ½ cup of coconut water and drink the mixture every morning, it will help with flushing out the kidney stones OR
- you can drink spinach juice every morning to help with getting rid of kidney stones.
Immune System
- To improve your immune system, take infusion of fennel seed. 1 tsp. of fennel seed in one cup of water
Constipation
- Triphala powder is a combination of three fruits (Haritaki, Amla and Bibhitaki ).
- Consume ½ tsp to 1 tsp every morning to balance all three doshas.
- It improve your health in general, regular intake of triphala detoxifies your whole body.

Kulthi lentils(Horse Gram) Kulthi Lentils. or Horse Gram, is the best remedy for breaking down kidney stones, and Gallstones, especially it they are not too large.
Lentil Tea for dissolving Kidney Stones and Gallstones.
Boil 1 cup or spring water, and pour over handful of Kulthi lentils.
Cover, and let sit on the counter in a bowl overnight. the next morning drink the water, Refrigerate the lentils during the day with the little spring water to cover. At night take them out of the refrigerator, strain them, then add another cup of boiled spring water,
leave overnight on the counter, and drink the water in the morning. Repeat one more time, covering the lentils in water during the day in the refrigerator, straining then soaking the lentils overnight, and drinking the water next morning
After drinking the water on the third day, transfer the kulthi lentils to a blender, and grind them. Then transfer them to a pot, and add enough water to cover them by about an inch, along with 1 teaspoon of ghee and 1 pinch each of coriander, cumin, fennel, and turmeric.
Cook for about 30 minutes, covered, or until the ground-up lentils are soft and digestible, adding more water if necessary during the cooking process.
Make this recipe a part of your daily routine for 5 to 6 months, and then have your kidney stones reevaluated.
