Raab

  • 1 tbsp wheat flour mix with ½ tbsp of ghee (purified butter). Sautéed over low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add 1 cup water,1tbsp ghor ( jaggery),1 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp coconut powder, 1 tsp poppy seeds, 2 pinch cardamom.
  • Then cook until it becomes a thick past.

Dil seeds water

  • 1 tbsp of seva ( dil seeds) in to 1 cup water and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Then add 1 tsp of jaggery (ghor) 1/2 tsp purified butter (ghee) 1 pinch cardamom.
  • Mix and filter.
