Green Tea, Peppermint, Lemon Balm, and Papaya Leaves.
Add 1 tablespoon of tea in 1 quart of water and boil it for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain the tea and sip throughout the day. Finish the tea by 4 pm.
